DIY newbie in Baltimore!

Hello all!

Bought a total rehab row house in Baltimore City...but bought it on foreclosure so several things are a bit shaky. It's all new everything (sweet, right?)... But you can definitely see the contractors took a whole lot of shortcuts.

I'll be ghosting around for a bit, simply because my main concerns (sump pump drainage, electrical outlets, humidity) are probably all covered by earlier posts. Just wanted to say howdy though!
