Condo interior/exterior gas whistling

Hi Folks,

I'm disabled reside in new corner condo development with gas supply for three other units.I have heard a train-wreck squeal outside and called gas Co.When technician arrived- nothing was wrong.

The interior problem was misdiagnosed as H VAC . I discover, It may be Plumbing. Three trips later, I figured try gas Co. Pipes squeal and sing.(Hot Air Gas) I cannot get sleep, for over a month this noise has been ongoing . Living in Ct, I am closer to the Upper N.Y. State border where it gets pretty cold. Plumbing states gas pressure and regulator outside- Gas technician brings a flexible vortex pipe out of his truck and recreates the creepy noise.- Indicates a plumbing problem.

We have had plumbing decide which were the faulty units. The G.C. indicates that this is a gas pressure issue- Today both parties will meet to discuss. In desperation I ask for some solutions?- ., Thank You for your help, loribgh
