Hello Everyone and Happy New Year
This spring I am planning to convert a 2-flat (a building with 2 apartments) to a single family home for my family.
The building is a beautiful 1920's brick with all the original wood work. My goal is to do the best renovation for the money (we are on a tight budge, then again who isn't)
Anyway, planning to resue as much of the existing floors, doors and moldings as possible. We will be redoing the heating with hot water radiant, installing all new electric and plumbing and lowering the basement floor. I hope to get so solid advice here
I people are interested I will keep you apprised of the progress.
