I am a new member to DIY and its community. I recently purchased a 100 year old house on a 100' x 150' lot in Cincinnati, Ohio. Also included on the lot is a small two room house and a carriage house. The house and property have been used for a family doctor's office for the past 70+ years. The house and other property needs some good ol' TLC so hopefully I will be involved on here quite a bit. Look forward to it.
