Cartoonist looking for inspiration

Hi, stumbled across this site in Construction-Resource forum. In my past life I was a builder. Love to check out what's being discussed for inspiration for my artwork, and also for my diy projects. Who knows, I do have some practical knowledge that could be useful on occasion.

Welcome aboard...you have some "all too accurate" cartoons! This place could use some humor at times, is there a royalty if one provides the inspiration for you next big work of art?

Sure, you can have everything over 1 million Plus, if you have a very big nose, you can be imortalized forever, I'm tired of doing self portraits!
Seriously, if you give me a good idea, we'll talk turkey. Thanks for the comments, you'all.

Last night my mother was helping me spackle (she' has never been paid as an artist, cake decorator, or spakler, but her work is amazing, and I think the touch is similar between cake decorating and spakling)

anyway, she dropped a big clump of spakle from a ladder that just missed my head.

So, you could illustrate that (hitting my head) and her saying "you can't use too much spackle", or two pictures, one of cake decorating with spackle knives and one of spackling the walls with cake decorating tools.

Mmmmm, cake decorating - spakeling. It has possibilities. You have a good sense of what makes a cartoon. Thanks.
