buying a house

me and my husband are in the process of purchasing this house...

its a 1915 bungalow.. full unfinished basement, low unfinished attic.

2 bedrooms, incredibly small bathroom, confusing kitchen.

naturally, we plan to do lots of work. and i look forward to having somewhere to turn for tips and advice.

alas, is this a "craftsman" bungalow? "california"? something else?

Congrats! Considering it's age, make sure to have a video inspection of the sewer line prior to closing. If repair or replacement is necessary, it may give you some extra room for negotiation in your contract.

It looks as if it is and Arts and Crafts Bungalow. It is hard to be certain without more more pictures, but the broad front porch, the construction date, and the exposed rafters are strong indicators.
