breaker box issues


ok i have a breaker box that has been tripping the breaker. i have changed out all breakers. still trips. well in the investagation of it all. i found that every other breaker has power and the other doesn't. does this mean my panel is bad or what. us women need more help. i have even took the breakers that are not working and place in the slots across from the working ones. they work. but every other one is not working at all. so therefor i can not use my dryer gue to this problem. so i took out the dryer breaker so the rest of the house will work. what do i do! please help!! a women in need of a mans help

I would post this in the electrical forum and I bet you will get a bunch o help. Im new here too. Good Luck!
