My name is Tere. I am 55 years old. I am a bookkeeper and manage several vacation rentals from my home office. I have also rennovated 4 homes and am working on a 5th home rennovation.

I am a single mother and raised two children alone, so I have always been handy around the house (out of necessity) and enjoy the DIY lifestyle.

Well Bob mayby I'm not a newbie after all. I have kept books for construction companies all my life and rennovated several houses. I guess I think of myself as a newbie because I'm a woman and I don't know how to do alot of things that I do. And of course I have run crews to do the things I cannot do myself.

My question now is does anybody use their spa without the heater in the summer? Kind of like a small swim pool.

I'm also going to be installing a timer to my sprinkler system and that's going to be a "trip"!!!!! Never done that before. But first a "trip" to Home Depot for some new sprinkler heads......................

Thanks for the welcome. Stay safe................
