Hi you can call me Luna,
I bought a trailer that was built in 1971. I will be asking a lot of questions here so I do hope I find the help I need. I will try to be active in the community but when I am not working on my home I will be at work so if I don't post much or reply often, forgive me.
A little about me and my project,
I purchased the home as a fixer upper because it was cheap enough that I could afford to do some repairs even after purchasing the place. Its a 1971 2bdrm trailer and it says Belvedere on the side. Most of the windows need replaced, and some genius in the 70s thought that carpet was a good idea in the bathroom . It needs new fixtures in the bathroom and fresh paint. Those are the easy things. It also seems to have some outdated wiring and a fuse panel instead of a breaker box and I am not an electrician but I am willing to work hard and learn what I have to do to work on that. When I bought it I did ask the previous owner if it had any electrical problems and he told me no. Should have gotten an inspection done before buying the place..... but oh well that's my loss. Now the title is in my hands and so is the responsibility. But I will figure it out as I go.
I am married and I have a full time job at a call center. Also I'm 25. Not much to say about me. I just hope I can make this place livable.
