I'm David, a 31 year old who recently moved to Hawaii after purchasing some land there. Myself, my girlfriend, and people who are volunteering to come help out are working to create, well, something! Our general intention is a home and educational center focused on sustainability, but we'll see what the island ends up deciding we're going to do with the land. I've created a project thread here and will be grateful for any advice you fine folks have because, in the end, I'm pretty clueless and unskilled when it comes to this stuff. Hahah
