I just remember who's ads are there and go to a different forum to not encourage the sloppy site management. I look on the space in the middle as my space and recognized the advertisers have their right, but continuing to use the site for a selling tool (# of viewers) for more ads does not make me want to continue using the site very much more if there is any inconvenience. - This also goes as far as setting my formats for certain poorly run sites/forums.

No. They could fix it, but so far have not done so. It's been that way for a few months.

I run adblock, so I don't see any of the ads.

What he said. It takes five seconds of your time to Google and install "AdBlock" or "AdBlock Plus" on your browser. Far more time than it took to even make this post.

Know what? I'll even do the work for you.

Safari : http://safariadblock.com/
Firefox : https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/fir.../adblock-plus/
Chrome : https://chrome.google.com/webstore/d...ifddb?hl=en-US
IE : https://adblockplus.org/en/internet-explorer

Also hit "Control" and "Minus" sign a couple to read it all. Don't forget to change it back when leaving; as it is harder to read and may cause temporary neck ache- one human was hurt in this procedure.. lol. Gary

Be careful using adblock. If you run a forum, it can block you out of the admin control panel.

Yeah if you're gonna use one you should know how to disable certain sites / domains, and add things to your whitelist as needed.
