I do not not get notifications of any replies to posts from this forum either, so the reason may be something else.

It all good.

I get replies now. I had changed servers and did not make changes where needed in my profile.

I'm really confused. I replied today,5/20/10. The date on the reply here shows 2/2/2010

I figure a real MAN can wear pink, I'd get a pink.

This service will do that for free.

DTG is ultimately going to ask you to prepare the art in something like a 4x4 square for a breast pocket or 12x12 square for full front and/or back. Resolutions should be 200dpi or higher. Most will want a PDF as the output although this can vary. I think Cafe Press, for example, asks for something different but I do not remember what.
Nathan probably has the original artwork that can be adjusted. I'd be happy to volunteer services for doing artwork. My roommate is also a graphic designer - I'm sure she wouldn't mind doing something quick and easy.

Did the t-shirt idea just go so far and then fizzle out? I bring it up because I would still wear one. And, a supplier I use who does nice direct to garment (DTG) printing is running a customer appreciation special from 7/11-7/15. Price on decent, pre-shrunk, cotton shirt, printed with nice full color process printing and with normal production of 6-8 days would be $5.10 plus tax and shipping and handling. Add a bit more for 2XL and for beefy cotton etc. Image one side, up to 12x12. Can print other side too for more.

Best to stick to basic soft colors for DTG. This particular supplier cannot print dark stocks like black---yet.
