Site question for Nathan

Or anyone of the mods that can answer. How does one get a forum format like this? I go to another site that could benefit from this format. Instead, the have a single chat box which is not as efficient and does not store information long-term.

The admin probably doesn't want to pay for the license.

Thanks for the replies. It is actually for an accordion site that I am asking. Accordion is a hobby of mine.
