Required wait time to post Spam

we got hit with a spam wave this morning and i decided to report so it would be cleared up early. same account listed several spam posts and when trying to report I got this message:

This forum requires that you wait 60 seconds between reporting posts.
So the obvious question (at least to me) is what is the wait time required for someone in between new posts? Looks like todays joker was able to sign up and spew his spam 10 times before he moved on. Maybe we could cut down on a lot of the nonsense if a new account was only allowed to post or reply 1 time a day for the first 3 days. Just a thought....

Unfortunately the wait time on posts would harm new users too
Many come here looking for an immediate answer
And post up to 8 times the 1st day trying to get their problem resolved

You only have to report one post by a Spam user
When we delete we delete all of their posts at the same time

Most of the Spam comes between midnight & 7a Eastern time

When I report spam,I just say-"All his posts are spam"---They all vanish just as soon a a MOD sees it.
