Can anyone post a poll, like that nonsense one that is in flooring? Or do they need mod permission?

There’s a post a poll box at the bottom of the new thread page but I can’t figure out how it works.

Those polls are a waste of time. In fact I get a kick out of them.

I agree on the waste of time but here’s how you post one.

I have to go make sure to shut that off on my forum. Those are a waste of space IMHO.

Okay...this is weird.

Each time there is activity on this thread I get an email notification because I am subscribed to this thread.

However, when I click to come here via my email notification I get :
Quote:
Invalid Thread specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator
But when I come to the web page through an outside entry the thread is still there and active and I am able to open it.

What's that all about?

That only happens to you Bud, it's because you're so special.

Do you:

1. Ignore polls when other people do them?

2. Laugh when people make silly distinctions in their polls, like: Should I paint my house or not?

3. Pick the stupidest response to throw the stats off?

I usually ignore them, because they don't usually have a realistic possible answer.
