new posts//todays posts

Before I log in I get 'todays Posts' Many pages long--

After I logged in,I get 'New Posts'--One page long--

I have to log out to see what's going on.

Is there some way to get 'todays posts' without logging out?

I've noticed that too, it's the same way on all vB forums. The New Posts link only shows members the posts since their last visit, it's shows guest the entire day.

The only way to do it is to Mark Forums Read and then quickly go to New Posts. It will say that there is no new posts, but it will give you a link to see the daily threads. This link is dynamic so you can't use it as a bookmark, unfortunately.

Also, as soon as there is a new post this will go away. The best way to do it is to look thru the daily list of threads and open them in new windows so you still have the list available to go back to.

After you log in, you might try clicking on "quick links" and then clicking on "todays posts". I haven't tried it but it sure sounds like what you are looking for.
