mastic sealant help!!!
I've just had the mastic sealant put into my new kitchen and the tiler has
 used the wrong colour - what's the best way to remove without damaging my new tiles and work surface

Are you sure you do not mean grout sealent?

your're probably right - I don't decorate I'm afraid it's the stuff that goes between worksurface and tiles

mastic sealant help!!!
If you're talking underneath the tiles don't sweat it. It will be covered by the grout.
Grout is used between the tiles. Caulk is used generally along the edges. If it is the grout you want to change, you can either dig it all out, or possibly stain it a different color with a grout stain. Last edited by Blondesense; 03-01-2012 at 11:11 AM. |
