How do I change the time?

How do I change the time on my posts and the time I last logged in? At present it shows up way off from what the time really is. I have searched but can't find a way to change it.

Look in your CP up top and change the settings there.

Go to "Control Panel", choose "Edit Options", scroll down to "Date & Time Options".
