Forum Help

it may have to do with me running Firefox browser, but for some reason I can't copy & paste from the text of another post into a reply

I also use Firefox. I inserted the text above just as you described - no problemo.

Hey Dell (if that's your real name....hehehe), do you use hotkeys to do this? I find that it's faster, and I always use the standard hotkeys (Ctrl + X = Cut, Ctrl + C = Copy, and Ctrl + V = Paste). I guarantee if you get used to it, it's easier and faster, and it works just fine with FireFox, which is what I also use. I just tried it using the right click menu options, and got no paste option, just as you described. I was a little surprised....I never encountered this I guess b/c I always use the hotkey combos.

Well done LJD, that works fine!! :D Thanks very much, a fine contribution to the site!! Problem solved Nathan.

Glad to be of help, Dell! I have a feeling I'll get more help than I'll give around here, so it's nice to be able to make even a small contribution....
