I never recv'd one!
I am able to post just fine but I cannot edit my details. I sent a request through the "contact us" link but no answer yet. Am I trapped in DIY purgatory ir something?

Same here I never received an email How did u contact them. I'm on by iPhone n can see anywhere to contact them. My problem is I can't post photos from my library. I tried everything. Phones updated n I looked in setting for DIY app n I can only allow alerts if I wanted. Can I tell me if u contacted them from phone app or computer site? I'd like to n able to show pics
