Tool Truck Information?

Recently I bought a Ryobi Nailer/Stapler combo from a tool truck that you see in different towns. They usually bring a couple of semi's and are set up in a legion hall or something. When I got it home, I saw that it didn't have the latch that holds the nails/staples in. I contacted the company, which they said they would get a new nailer sent out to me. The last email I have is dated 9/17. I emailed them back last weekend, and have heard nothing yet. Does anyone have any other information or a phone number of who to get ahold of? I know this is not a lot of information to go off of, but it's all I have. The original email I sent was to jandd@toolsnow.com . Guess I'll always remember to make sure all the parts are there before I take it home.
