Replace pressure washer pump

Hope I'm not going over old turf!

I have replaced a few pumps over the years on my pressure washers. This latest is the new replacement pump RMW2G24D for a 2400 psi motor. Slick looking little units..
I got her bolted on, keyway in, good to go and no water circulation when I crank her up. Haven't left motor running too long so I don't burn out new pump. Am I missing something obvious? Have not had any luck perusing internet! Thanks much!

Not familiar with that specific model but I should think so long as you replaced any o-rings and seals you should be good to go. Might as well clean and gap the spark plug and clean the air filter when thinking about putting the machine to work?

Normally with my pump. Water will flow thru the unit with no hoses attached. Even when the pump is not running. Then once I crank it up the water is pressurized.

Did you have to load oil in the pump or was it already oil filled?

Direct drive pump or belt drive?

Is this a home depot pos or a commercial pw?

Is the water feed direct from a hose or from a buffer tank?

Do you have an unloader? If so, can you see water coming from the unloader?

Hot water or cold water?
