Recommend a 7" concrete grinder?

I need to fix a few spots in my kitchen before new tile goes down. I was looking at renting a grinder but for the smaller grinders (7") I have to buy the blade anyhow so I figured maybe I should just buy a whole set-up as I could def put it to work down the road after this project. I would need something with a vacuum attachment as well. Not looking to go extremely high end but wanted to see if there were any recommendations from experience.

I have the Bosch 1773ak concrete grinder! Excellent dust collection but only a 5" wheel! Pricey too going for around $380! I'm sure it would work well for your application.
