Porter Cable company is ridiculous

Porter Cable has discovered a problem with one of their battery powered nailers model BN200V12 . it turns out that there is a glitch that will allow the gun to shoot a nail, even with the power switch in the "off" position. a couple people have been hurt because of it

this sounds pretty serious to me, so you'd expect an equally serious solution....no chance. the "recall" from PC is this. call them up if you own one of these guns, and they will send you, at no charge, a warning sticker and a page to put in your instruction manual. At least they aren't charging for the stickers!!

Are these guys out of their mind....
