Paslode PowerMaster Framing Gun Problem
Oiled the above and put it away. Connected to an air compressor and the air escapes from the rear of the gun (orange air deflector). Can anyone explain why this happens?

You need to tighten the cap screws.

It sound as tho the trigger is shot. what Psi are you running? 70-80psi plus don't over oil just one to two drops is all it needs. you cant compress a liquid so the next thing to go is the rubber seals. Had this problem with some of my guns until I found out that they were over oiled by the men.. and also make sure you drain the compressor often to remove the water that accumulates in the tank . A water separator would be a good investment. BOB

Trigger is fine. While buletbob does bring up very good points with regards to over oiling, proper psi, and in line filtration I don't believe that to be your problem. This symptom is not uncommon to the passload framer you have. It is addressed in the trouble shooting section of the owners manual.
