Okaaaaay, but what do you want to KNOW about it? Is it broken?

"Bartender, I want some of whatever HE'S having!"

What I would like to know is.......
Well I would like to know if someone knows anything about the PET Manufacturing company,Would like to get my hands on an IPL illustrated parts list. What's going on with the tool if it seems to sparking a little more than I figure it should be when it's running.Does this mean the brushes are shot.Okay, hows that for starters LOL!

DangerMouse 06-28-2010 07:21 PM

better.... and yup, it could be.

Mr Chips 06-28-2010 08:07 PM

there used to be a power tool company called Pittsburgh Electric Tool, that could be the PET. I'd replace brushes and see what happens, but i wouldn't waste a lot of time looking for info, chances are even if you did find something, the company has gone offshore or out of business, and parts for this model are no longer available. it's hard enough trying to get parts for 10 year old DeWalt tools....

Just hope the body for this tool wasn't made by Danger Mouse. If so you'll never figure out how to open it up!!
