Newbie with A Framing Nailer

1st Framing Gun. Crazy as it sounds, I've got tons of tools but never a framing gun. Don't know what nails are good.

Is there a quality difference in nails in one brand versus another. 33 Angle

there are differences,. wire and plastic collated are better suited for wet environments where paper will fall apart if they get wet

different brands of nails will work differently with different guns, i find paslode galvonized nails and spikes are more prone to jamming up hitachi guns. i primarily buy "topgun" nails which are canadian made and are cheaper than other brands not to mention they have a heavier shank and head. senco nails are pretty good but pricey

I don't have a 33 degree gun, but I will say Pass on Harbor Freight nails. I've heard plenty of bad reviews.

If you post make and model, I'm sure someone on here has the same gun and can let you know what nails work well with it.
