Need New Jigsaw

My little B&D jigsaw died yesterday, cutting out some 5/4 in decking to go around a post. I've had it probably close to twenty years...

So I'm looking to replace it. I see these ones that say they have orbital action. What is that and does a weekend DIYer like me need something like that?

Any preference on brands? Looks like I've got my pick of a lot staying under $60. Built in lasers, all sorts of goodies. Will probably stay with a corded one if that helps any. Appreciate any feedback!

Bosch makes the best jigsaw hands down. But the top of the line ones are about $150. They do have a entry level one. I'll research it and repost.

Lowes has the Bosch Js260 for 99.99. Perhaps a sale or coupon will get it closer to your $60 mark.

The orbital action makes them cut much faster. I have the DeWalt compact jigsaw. I think it's a DW317. My only real complaint is that it doesn't have a dust blower. It's a little more than $60, but not much.
