need information regarding powered drain cleaning tools

i was wondering what the preferred tool would be to clear blockages in small lines, such as for sinks, bathtubs etc. I know there are hand held tools like the SuperVee, and floor tools with guide hoses such as the Rigid K40. What are the pros and cons of either tool? is one better than the other and why?
Also, are the floor tools newer? how long have they been around for? will they ever replace the hand held tools?

go to the ridgid.com forum. There are a bunch of threads about drain tools. I remember reading that the K40 isn't that good and the handheld drill, think K39 was better. Do a search over there and it will tell you what you need.
