Fluke 620

I have a Fluke 620 LAN Cablemeter and it has a problem. When the meter is turned on, to any switch position (test, length, or wiremap), no matter which buttons I push at startup, it gives me three beeps and shows "Self-test? NV". Any help would be greatly appreciated. If anyone has the program that drives this thing and can tell me how to re-install it, it would be most helpful.
Fluke has refused to help me on it as, "It is out of warrentee, and we stopped servicing it three years ago." Fair enough. I asked to speak to a tech and the gatekeeper, Kelly, refused to let me even talk to one. I love customer service. I have come to the the community to see if any of you can help.
Thank you in advance, either way.

Fab, Welcome to the Forum
Sorry for your frustration but that Fluke 620 has been discontinued since it came out in 2003. They are still occasionally available on eBay for ~$100.

I would not put too much blame on Kelly for refusing to help. Look at it this way, what was Kelly going to do?

I just looked at the Fluke Price List >1200 models on five Pages.
With that many models, I think it is unrealistic to think that a call center can instantaneously pull up a connection to a Tech that is familiar with a discontinued non-supported product.

If it helps at all here is the Manual:
