Electric Pressure Washer

I inherited an old electrical pressure washer that still works very well. The one thing that bothers me is that coupled with extension cord, the garden hose and the measly 25-foot pressure washer hose, it's very cumbersome to drag that thing around the car when washing, or just anywhere because either the washer hose is too short so when I'm done washing half the car, I need to come back around to wheel the washer to the other side. Or even worse, with all the wires on the ground (garden hose, extension cord, and pressure washer hose) the washer's wheels always get jammed up when wheeling it to a closer location.

I know, I need a gas one with a 50-foot washer hose, but can't afford that now and given that I only need a pressure washer small tasks like washing my cars mainly and maybe the pavement and patio furniture.

So what I'm asking is: do you guys with electric pressure washers have any tips for wheeling that things around? How about a way to make it stay put and just get a 50-foot hose that way I could leave the washer at one spot and have enough room to move around atleast?

Why would you not be setting it up so it's sitting in the middle of the car at the front or back, wash 1/2 the car, stop then go around to the other side so does not need to be moved?

I'll try that next time. I think I just got used to mobile tools which lowered my tolerance for stationary tools.

A 25-ft hose extension is 60$. It's not worth it.

You're willing to buy a 50 foot hose, but not a 25 foot hose? This isn't making any sense.

Yea, that was before I saw the prices.

And those links aren't good for me, I'm in Canada, the prices aren't the same. Forget this thread. Not exactly sure what I was hoping to find by posting it.

Oh, you're looking in Canada, lol Guess I should have noticed that. Wouldn't have thought the prices would be much different though.

I think my 50 foot hose was purchased from a Canadian seller . Try Ebay

No easy solution if you are not willing to shell out a few bucks. BUT, I find it much more cumbersome to wash vehicles with a pressure washer vs hand wash. The only time I use the pressure washer for the vehicles is in the winter. I get a much better result with hand wash.
