Drill Bit?
 

Hey,

I'm trying to secure a chain link segment to my front steps so I can lock a bike to it. The segment has 1-31/8" tubing. My guess is that the lower part is galvanized because it has a matte finish and the sides are not. They are shiny. I want to drill at 6" intervals on the bottom post and a 2/3 up one of the sides. What is the best drill bit to cut the tubing? Thanks.
