Craftsman 7 HP pressure washer model 580.762601

My pressure washer engine won't run beyond 5-10 seconds, cleaned the carb, checked the plug, new gas, new filter, oil level OK, pump oil level 3/4 full. Before this issue it always shut off after a 5-10 minutes use, just had to wait to restart and it was fine. Don't know why it might be heating so fast or have low oil pressure, there is lots of water pressure going to the pump and oil level is good, it statrs fine on first pull and seems like it is getting fuel but just shuts down (like an automatic kill switch) after a few secons. Would a faulty oil pressure switch cause this? Running out of ideas, please help!

I had a similar issue with a Honda engined pressure cleaner. It would run maybe 2 or 3 minutes then quit. Right before it quit it would spit and sputter kind of like water in the fuel. I cleaned the tank and checked the plug.. engine still run poorly. I eventually changed what looked like a good, clean plug and the
engine ran perfectly.

So with plugs looks don't always mean good.

Good luck
