cordless nailers?

I am wondering are cordless nailers worth the money?

cordless nailers?

I helped introduce one of the first gas cartridge nail guns for Paslode.

Are you asking about the newer battery driven versions of nail guns? They work when the motor is fully energized and the batteries are charged. As the power fades? The nails do not set. Underpowered tools are not only annoying, they are dangerous.

How much do you need to nail? I have this nice Redwing thing with rubber handle I might be willing to sell you cheap. Hint? Sometimes a hammer works surprisingly well. It scares me when people think they need a nail gun for everything.

Depends on what your planning on doing with it.
Just a DIY doing small maintaince items around the house, not worth the extra money.
Building a whole house then it would be worth every penny.

Asking about the newer version, I am a carpenter by trade but I am working in another department for the city.

I have a newer Paslode Impulse and it has been stellar thus far. Great charge, no misfires, my only gripe, albeit a minor one, is the fuel cell exhaust smell!
