Bosch miter saw question....

Just got my 5412L miter saw, and read up on the section about checking the saw adjustments.

Once I tried to check the adjustments, I noticed that if I put a combo square up to the blade, the bottom of the blade and near the arbor of the blade touch the square, but the middle area of the blade does not. Im not sure this means the saw needs adjusting, or if its just a function of the weakest point of the blade being the area between the center and the edge.

Is this normal? Should I even try to "adjust out" the saw?

Thanks!
-Chris

Bosch miter saw question....

Hi Chris,

I don't have an answer for you. Though a question. I see your post was made in February. Since then I can only assume you have gotten your 5412L to work properly. Do you like it? Was it out of square? Any recommendations? I'm looking to purchase a new miter-saw and I'm between the 5412 and a Dewalt.
