is bosch dc'ing pocket driver?

Home depot has them on clearance for $99 but none of the stores by me have them in stock. Anyone know if this tool being discontinued or possibly replaced by a newer model?

As of today, you can get it a bit cheaper, with free shipping and no tax (in most locations):

http://www.amazon.com/Bosch-PS20-2-1...4246635&sr=8-1

Maybe HD bought too many and didn't price them competitively.
There's a shocker

From what I gather, Bosch is changing the labeling from 10.8v to 12v in order to keep up with the Jones', in this case Milwaukee has a new 12v "pocket driver" out there, as does Ridgid.

The Bosch batteries top out at 12v, but the nominal voltage is 10.8, which is the same for Milwaukee and Ridgid, however they have been labeling them 12v from the start.
