Another use for oscillating MP tool.


Repurposing and modifying those cases your other power tools came in. Works great!

That's a pretty good idea.
I've been hacking-up those cases with a Dremel Tool for years, the modifications can get pretty creative and unsightly.

Another use for oscillating MP tool.


i leave the cases that tools come in kept for the tool their designed for, if a tool i have doesnt have a case but should i build one out of thin mdf or simply get a large tool box which will hold several tools like the stanley tool chest on wheels or a greenlee box

Yes but what about when the tool dies and you get a new one, you have a case that a tool that you made a case for may fit in better and the plastic is going to provide a better home than the mdf.

I think its a great idea, putting that in the back of my head. Wish I hadnt just tossed that old angle grinder case in the recycling, i have a hammer drill I could have put in their with some modification.
