Paslode makes the best. Those would be the orange ones in the pic above. They are not cheap to operate. You'll have a propane tank to buy and when the batteries die, if you replace with Paslode batteries, are expensive. The batteries can be replaced by you if you have access to double C rechargeable batteries, tear the case open and put new batteries inside, glue it back together. Pretty simple and cost about $30.00. They are not the most reliable gun either with misfires common. Maintenance is a must or expect major issues. You can buy them direct from Paslode on Ebay at a considerable discount to any box store. They make a framer, trimmer, and stapler. I've got all of those but will set up a compressor before reaching for one. I just like the reliability of a compressor driven gun.
