Air Compressor popping its breaker

Hi all,

I have a small Air Boss air compressor with a built in breaker. It will fill to about 95 psi or so and then instead of shutting off it just pops its breaker. Then it wont come back on when it gets low on air. I have to physically press the breaker switch and it goes back on. Any thoughts on where to start looking for a problem? It never blows the breaker on the house and only started doing this about a month ago. I have owned it for about 12 years or so and it has never had a problem other than leaking a bit of oil now and then. It has been plugged into the same spot since I bought it.

Thanks
