Air compressor for home projects
Looking for recommendations for an air compressor which potentially be used to nail crown moldings, baseboards, frames, hardwood floor, 2x4, 2x6 ?

I understand that the bigger the better but I do not want to haul around a human size tank around the house. What is a decent hp, cfm, tank size for home use? Thank you.

Ayuh,... With the reasonably small demand of air nailers,...
Any of the little pancake compressors will do what you're looking to do...

I got a Porter-Cable package deal with a pancake compressor, a 15 ga nailer, and a brad nailer. It's been really handy. I added a Harbor Freight framing nailer. They use a lot more air, but it's still functional. I also have an angle grinder which takes so much air I can only use it for a seconds at a time (maybe 30 seconds, then wait for the compressor).
