Air compressor fan removal

I have a DeWalt D55167. The fan has a few broken fins and I want to replace it, however, the fan is attached to the main rod that runs the flywheel / belts etc.

There is no set screw and Im not sure if anyone knows of an easy way to remove an air compressor fan like this.

Toolpartsdirect.com has a schematic for that. Is there an allen screw on the shaft?
Has to be something simple, the part is $2.41
