Wrong time for snowblower problems

I have an Ariens 828 and I lost reverse.
I engage it on the handlebar and it just wiggles forward....?
This happens in either slow reverse or slower reverse.
All forward gears work fine
Any ideas
Adjustment of some sort??
Thanks in advance

I can not find that model # on line. 828 would just mean it's 8HP and a 28 chute.

Generally, there's usually a threaded rod on the shift control that is used to adjust the transmission.
