Is this wood paneling worth keeping?

This wood is on my enclosed back porch. I am thinking of tearing it down and putting up drywall. But since this is real wood, I'm wondering if it's valuable enough to keep and try reusing for other purposes around the house? Or should I just toss it?

Are you insulating or running new wires behind this wood?
Are you replacing the wood with sheetrock to lighten up the space?
You could just paint the wood and save some time and money.
Older wood gets brittle and is hard to remove without damage, especially if it was nailed with common nails. But if it was nailed with finish nails, you might get lucky.

Yes, I'm trying to lighten the space. Plus, whomever hung it didn't do a very good job and so it looks funky. But I've read that real wood tongue and groove paneling is pretty valuable so I thought I'd get a second opinion about trying to repurpose it somewhere else instead of tossing it.

An 8' board will run about $8.00-$10.00 to buy.
