Wiring walls low voltage training books etc

Hi, I'm looking for the best in books, seminars, videos, etc. training in techniques and tricks in running low voltage wiring in existing construction. How to snake walls and ceilings, accessing seemingly impossible walls, getting through headers, avoiding hitting hidden pipes and wiring... etc. All the things one might run into in trying to run low voltage wiring for data, phone, cable, alarms, etc. I know experience is the best teacher... but I'd like to avoid learning by mistakes, so learning and educational resources is where I'd like to start. Try You Tube while you're waiting for answers. You might post this in the Electric Forum.
Also try Amazon for some books.
