Window Problem

Hi All,

Two of the windows in my house dont "stay up." They slide up as normal, but then slide down either half way down or lower. These same windows also get foggy on the inside as well, and accumulate drops of condensation.

Is there anything I can do to fix these w/o having to replace the entire window??

Thanks!

LS
