Where do you buy "good quality" stainless steel wall plates?

I went to go buy some stainless steel wall plates. I checked out HD and Lowe's since I'd be able to check them out in person. They had some decent ones but not in the configuration I needed, mainly the one w/ one square cutout for GFI outlet plus 2 cutouts for switches.

I found some on Amazon and thought "jackpot" ... ordered them - they showed up.... no thanks! My wife saw them and immediately agreed with me. They were absolutely awful - super thin and the grain didn't even run the same way on all of them.

Where do you guys get them in what I guess is a "non-common" configuration?

I've had pretty good luck with restorationhardware.com, not sure if they'll have that configuration though.

My electrical supplier had good ones but the suggestion to check a restoration catalog or two is not a bad idea.

Are you actually looking for stainless with high chromium content or chrome plated covers?

Restoration hardware has several on their website, however, not in my configuration. Maybe a visit to their store in the local mall is in order.

That will do it. If they do not have them, they can get what ever you want.

Was curious. Found this poking around. Imagine a company making it just selling switchplates?

In addtion to stainless, I would look for plated. Higher chrome content and should be thicker but am really just guessing.
