What kind of paper trail do I need to create?

It's probably too late now for a curing sealant to do any good. The majority of the water in the concrete will already have evaporated by now. Normally it's much easier and simpler to spray it on using a pump up weed sprayer.

What about something to keep oil spills from soaking in? Too late for that, because the instructions for the link above apply to old and new concrete.

Way to late for a curing sealant. We generally spray it on ASAP, like 1 hour or so after we broom it.

You can use a siloxane or silane sealer after 30 days or so. These are best applied with a garden sprayer IMPO. Just read the instructions carefully.

And, I buy all of my sealers through a ready mix concrete supplier............

Seeing as how it's too late for the Vocomp-20, are there any certain brands of siloxane / silane sealer that you reccomend?

I googled for "siloxane silane sealer" and found two brands. One is Eagle. The other is Siloxa Tek.
