What is the best kind of weatherstripping

I have 2 exterior door that need new weatherstripping. I need the self adhesive type or similar. But the form stuff seams cheap. What should I use or is the foam ok?

The compression type bulb that fits into a saw kerf around the frame is best. But it your frame does not have the saw kerf, it can be hard to make. I think the sell stick on compression type. The foam strips are better than nothing but tend to come loose or tear out easily. Check the home weatherization section in home stores.
