Wall paper seams showing

Hi
I have a large area covered in vinyl wallpaper. The seams are starting to show and pop up. What would be the best procedure to take care of this problem.

Ayuh,.... Strip it off, sand, 'n paint it...

I would need all kinds more information to do it properly but in general you need to get some wallpaper paste in under the seams and re set them
