Uneasy feeling around my builder


At first I thought the white house was something you were remodling, and I thought... "Well, it's not something I would go for... but..." Glad to see I was wrong.

Uneasy feeling around my builder


bigcaddy, trust your inner voice, seems like you can sense upcoming problems well.
Controlling the money will allow you to maintain control of the project.
It will not be your plan but a good guideline is: Always have enough left to hire #2 to finish the job.
